Job Head of Student Administration

Location: Remote - with occasional travel to Leeds

We are looking for a Head of Student Administration to join our team.

You will take responsibility for managing the Student Administration services across the organisation. Kaplan Open Learning (KOL) is committed to delivering academic provision and high-quality student experiences to transform students’ lives and careers. You will help us to achieve this by providing expert advice and leadership across areas of student administration, including, Exam Boards, Academic Integrity, Extenuating Circumstances, Late Submission of Coursework, and Course Committees procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as an Education Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree or experience of working in the UK higher education sector in a role related to Boards of Examiners, Academic Integrity or Extenuating Circumstances.
• Evidence of line management experience.
• Excellent standard of digital literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and Zoom.
• Good organisational, prioritising and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with a variety of competing deadlines.
• Ability to manage own workload and that of a team through effective prioritisation, delegation and good organisational ability.
