Job Title: Structural Engineer ( Junior / Intermediate )

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
As a Structural Engineer, you will work alongside a team of experienced professionals to design and manufacture high-quality structural products and components for various projects within the construction and civil engineering industries. This role is suitable for a qualified structural engineer, with opportunities for both graduates and trainees to join and develop their expertise within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of structural products and components.
- Perform structural calculations and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Produce and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient product development.
- Provide technical support and advice to clients and other internal teams.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team.
- Proficient in the use of structural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- A proactive attitude to learning and personal development.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience or internship in structural engineering (desirable but not essential for graduates).
